About Soraya Rahim

Soraya is a recruitment professional and journalist.  She graduated with an MA in Broadcast Journalism at City University in 2012.

She also studied an MA in International Human Resource Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  

Soraya gained experience in online journalism when she co-founded myjobontheside.com a blog for actors with another job to support their acting careers.  Following this, she worked as a fashion writer covering fashion editorials on New York fashion week.

She has also produced written content for Entertainment news and during the 2012 Olympics she interviewed Olympic torch bearers for LBC news.

Her experience in radio extends further to Radio Jackie news, where she wrote news stories for hourly radio bulletins and to Westside radio where she presented a drive time radio show.

sorayarahim.com was created to combine her experience and love of fashion, interior design and lifestyle writing.

In 2023 Soraya introduced her new creations, Fiordi Gallery and Flower & Honey Productions. 

Fiordi Gallery is an art gallery, a global hub for art connoisseurs and artists. The gallery is 'a fusion of art and earth'.

Flower & Honey Productions creates micro video content for sorayarahim.com and Fiordi Gallery promotional campaigns.
